Easy Breakfast Burritos

4 Scrambled Egg Whites
2T Cooked Rice or Black Beans
Salsa
1 Green Onion
Tortilla


Place cooked rice in small bowl. Mash the beans, if using those. You can use both, if you want. Add cooked eggwhites to mixture. Chop green onion and add to bowl. Add enough salsa to coat. Mixture s/be thick to stick to tortilla (and to ribs…lol) Spoon mixture into tortilla and fold ends first, then sides.

You can add some cooked turkey sausage or ground beef for extra protein.

Make a big batch of these and freeze them for on-the-go. Place in plastic wrap first, then foil and they’ll keep forever. Take them out, they’ll thaw quickly, then nuke for 15-20 secs.
