Forgot to post stats... 6'4, 210lbs. Looking to increase muscle mass and drop my BF percentage. Story of everyone's life. Not deploying overseas anymore, and just put a rack and bench in the garage along with 450 lbs of plates and some power blocks that go up to 125 lbs, so getting into a routine should be much easier...looking forward to making 2014 my bitch
