It is! Eating whole eggs is perfectly healthy. It's one of the biggest dietary myths of all times. There is nothing at all wrong with the yolk and to truly take advantage of the amino load the entire egg needs to be eaten. Saturated fat is perfectly healthy. We do need to keep macros in check of course.
