I'd be happy with 190 myself.......but I'm a pig so there's that......
I am doing the GOMAD and x4 PBJ's a day plus whatever else I feel like snacking on during the day to get well over 6k calories a day. I am still stuck at 5'8 175lbs.
Finally getting myself down from 14% to 11% I'm going to try and linger here while slowly increasing calories. I hate bloating up. diets really clean. chicken breast egg whites cottage cheese greek yogurt salmon, lean beef and turkey etc....
I carb cycle for the most part and this works for me pretty well. Cardio 4-6 times a week as well. 20-30 mins. I've found this is my sweet spot if i want to continue adding mass without fat.
i used to do the whole bulk thing, shovel food in etc....didnt help me look better, just bigger. I want to have the bodybuilder body not powerlifter if that makes sense.
in 2015 i hope to add anywhere between 10-15lbs of lean mass.
OP a couple questions for you. Your asking for meal ideas correct? Are you bulking on a budget? Do you care about putting on bodyfat or more of a lean bulk? Are you looking for simple things that don't require a lot of time cooking or prepping? Are you just bored with the basic of say "eggs and oats" "chicken and rice" ect and need new idea?
Just asking these questions as I have a ton of food ideas (as I'm fatkid at heart) and recipes if your interested.
