saw Craig Titus video a long time ago .... he chugged down a pint of Egg whites with glutimine ..
grossed me out ...
but apparently it can be done
then again Titus killed a woman and burned her body
apparently that can be done too
I use a quarter or half cup of egg whites in every shake I drink. It thickens it up a little bit, but you can't taste it at all.

I put a few raws eggs in my morning shake past few weeks. Mine are not pasteurized nor refrigerated.
Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!
I use pasteurized egg whites in my morning shake and bedtime shake. The protein stays with you for a few hours so I like it at nighttime it is a must
I like em untainted. I just go punch a chicken and take her eggs. We have a couple of shit head birds that keep hanging out on the eggs and they crush em. I keep showing them pictures of the dog saying I'll let him
In there if they keep it up.
Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!
used to be a chain that sold OJ with eggs ...I used to like that as a kid... I guess why not ...
cracking open a carton, and washing down a table spoon of glutamine ..well I am not that hard core
as far as chicken cracking eggs ,,, I understand that is the original idea behind the eggs in a milk carton
and eventually egg beaters.... cracked eggs what do we do with it
International Egg Whites are what I use and I will drink them straight once in a while, yes mix them in shakes, they have no flavor...and the way they process them they are salmonella free, and good to just drink straight.
