Same issue...but my scrambled egg whites, and not until recently when I changed back to Lucerne brand...I was using cage free eggs but the cost was double and felt a waste tossing the yolks...maybe what they feed the chickens??? I can clear a fucking hall with my gas lol.

I do with my non-blender shakes. Those are

    4 raw eggs
    16oz whole milk
    50 g whey
    2 TBSP olive oil

Chobani non-fat greek yogurt has come out with oats in their yogurt. I always eat a cup before bedtime or at breakfast. Adds "texture" to the yogurt.

I dump a 1/2 cup of steel cut uncooked oats in my morning Chobani for good carbs and fiber!

I'm still drinking 1 cup ground oats and 1 scoop protein in 12 ozs whole milk ever single night before bed. It helps me make it through the night without starving to death!
