Complaint Procedure

To help with any issues that might come up with complaints with any sponsors we have come up with a standard protocol to follow to help better serve the members on the board as well as our sponsors. By following this outline we will be able help resolve any issues that our members might have.

1) Need to contact Sponsor Rep or Sponsor direct if no Rep available with issue which will need the following information.
• Please provide when order was placed
• Order Number
• Ship date if available
• Tracking number
• Allow rep 24 to 48 hours to respond to complaint before contacting Mod

2) Complaints that would follow under this protocol are:
• Did not receive products within timeframes set by sponsor
• Wrong products
• Shortages
• Packaging.
• Shipment did not arrive

3) Complaints for UNDER DOSED GEAR or FAKE
• Need blood work to back up complaint to validate the gear quality
• Follow all testing protcol to validate blood work
• Bro science does not validate gear quality must have backup documentaion from blood work completed

Once you have followed the above guidelines and have not resolved issue with sponsor please PM a mod or admin with specific complaint sponsors name so we can contact them direct and help in resolving any issues.
