Hello, I am a new member to this forum. Live in Texas take my lifting serious. I have trained for many years and am no where near being in the shape I want to be and I have only myself to blame for that. Currently just started back cleaning up my diet and lifting like an animal again. Thank you for reading my entry.

Used Sagi as long as I could until the bank was drained, I did learn a lot from him about my diet. although he will mind fuck the shit out of you before he starts picking apart your diet.
