Hello brother's and sisters in iron ...I am 45 years old and have never lifted a weigth till dec 2010. I started at 300 pounds and now i am 240pounds.. My goal is to be on stage some day and i know i will get there. I am alwasy looking for any tips or help that any body is willing to offer ..
