REGGOR'S road to GREATNESS



Hello brother's and sisters in iron ...I am 45 years old and have never lifted a weigth till dec 2010. I started at 300 pounds and now i am 240 pounds.. My goal is to be on stage some day and i know i will get there. I am alwasy looking for any tips or help that any body is willing to offer ..

I wish you the best REGGOR, your fighting the good fight, Fit knows his stuff, and there are alot of other guys on the board willing to share opinions,advice etc...none of us know everything but all the combined knowledge here, and you can pretty much find out anything/everything you need to help you succeed.

I did back and tris today .. I am stil having trouble with my hands pulling exersizes are ok with straps .. When i do pushing like chest i cant go very heavy.. I tried using sponge's but still very tender..

I went to gym today again still my hands are a problem.. I am thininkg of doing some type of just high reps so i can work out.. I did shoulders and traps .. Really i just need to get ready for the cointest i don want to waste one minute of fitguru time .. This could be the start of my road to the stage this coming year..

Today i used all cable machines .. I have alot of them at my gym .. Using sponges for my hands and these cable machines i was able to get a decent work out..

Guys can look great well into their 60's 40 isn't so bad anymore, several guys at the MR O are 40+ Also Randy Coture and Bernard Hopkins, gotta love the old guys.

I know what it takes to make a transformation.. I need to lose about 50 pounds by may 25 and i have no doubt that i can get it done in 6 months.. First thing is to give it my all here then continue to the show i want to do..

I dont need to do a fat test maybe in 3 months but now its not nessesary..

I like to keep a very detailed records of every thing i do ..All my food is weighted and counted up to every calorie.. I keep a log of all my training and pics every week from the day i found this life style 2 years ago..

Now my cardio is on a eliptical i do 1 hour with a heart rate monitor and keep my heart rate at 150.. I try and do it fasted but i alway seem to want to pass out .. my lips get tingelly and my vison gets blurred on low carb days,,

What i did was get the extra containers.. you can use 2 boxes of sugar free jello and it fills it all the way up.. then u can always have a treat in you lunch box..shit there is nothing in jello.. I haven't cleared jello with fit guru yet but I got it chilling in the fridge..

Today was legs still did not give it every thing ... Still warming up so next week i should be full power..
Cardio was bad today i was just to exshusted after legs i got in 10 mins and that was it.. Still need to work on getting my endurance up.

Yha bro like i think i posted i started a 300 pounds of pure fat.. I never lifted or did any sports in my life till 2 years ago.. I came across another site and bigshane and some other guys have helped me lean about how to lift.. So here i am now and i know doing a show is a big leap but why not if i try hard enough i can do it..

I made it thru the training but just out of steam by the end and had to drag my dead ass back to my car...

My body very sore this morning and my weight has gone up 2 pounds .. I can see changes allready as i am begining to fill out and become larger in my shoulders and latts.. I am losing fat just not a fast pace.. The problem is not enough cardio.. I am in a lot of pain from restarting my body again but will soon be at 100 %..

Shit i just noticed that i have been doing 500 mgs of deca 3x week for the last week.. Would that make me gain weight ?? I am 251 pounds now.. My hip flexers are still sore but my joints feel better.

What a drastic change already and in the before pics you look more tan. Usually when supp company's do before and after pics the before are with no tan and the after are with a good tan. Keep it up!!

I have been taking the dbol @ 5 tabs a day.. I am up 7 pounds to 252 pounds.. This is really not what i was planing on to add this weight.. The dbol really has helped my training by giving me great pumps and gains in streanght. I will continue this dbol for 4 more weeks.. After that i will be back to 100%..
My golas are still to do my best in this contest and prepair myself to hire fitguru to get me to a show.. I hoping for may 25 2013 but we will see..

I have not had a good month with work and my wife and lazyness and a bad shoulder .. I have made it to the gym when i can but i am not eating right so really no progress.. I just need to keep pushing..

have been doing 250 mgs a cyp a and a little deca to try and heal my shoulder .. I have o say i cant belive that deca actully has helped my shoulder.. I have been using nothing but cables cuz any thing other then that really fucke me up.. Today i was able to use dumbells with alomost no pain at all..

I was just injecting into my quad and when i asperated it just filled with blood.. So now i have a huge glob of blood floating around in the pin like a whole 1mlworth.. I was going to throw it out but i said fuck it and injected it into my arm.. Should i have thrown it out ????

Man work has been brutal .. I cant sleep with out taking ambien .. I am a limo driver and for the last month they have kept me out all night and would some call me back in as early as 4:30 am. Tuseday night i had to get up at 4 am so no pills i had to just sit up all night.. Last night in was so tired that i backed up into a Mercedes-benz right in front of the trump towers NYC.. Lucky i just kissed the linces plate and there was no damage..
Then if i take my pill they will call me out and its like i am driving drunk.. I keep telling them that i dont mind working a 16 hour day as long as i come in after 12 noon..I have told the owner that i am heavily sedated when i go to bed and if you keep calling me in early with no sleep and on ambien some will get hurt..

The end of the contest here is tommorow and i have done nothing .. I have went backwards if any thing at all.. I have a million excuse why i totaly failed from my job as a 24 hour aday limo driver in the NYC area to family trouble..
I have taken steps to get control over my job by telling them i can only work from noon till after midnight 7 days a week.

I have had a shoulder injury and my son lost his finger in a wood splitter becuse my ex wifes husband. Just one thing after another..

Really tho it has just been my lazyness and just not haveing any get up and go.. Maybe it was the test i have been doing 500 mgs cyp once aweek or maybe just coming back from hand surgery i dont know..

My plan now is to start my log again and become more of an active member and ingulf myself into my goals and push thru this funk that is keeping me down..

My new cycle is all ACULEUS LABS (not dbol & androl )

1&1/2 ml sust every 3 days
1 ml EQ every 3 days
1/2 ml test E evry 3 days

I am doing them all in the same pin with no PIP at all .. Man i love ACULEUS LABS !!!!!!!!

1ml deca a week
50 mgs of dbol
25 mgs of androl every day for 4 weeks.

Over at the high school they just set out a bunch of tires to flip and they have astro turff to run on that is going to be my warm up in then morning.. My wife will go with me cuz she is getting pissed that i just cant get my mind right .. Today was good in the gym and i loved it..

Yesterday went very well .. I think going to the track and flippin tires is just what i need ... I then went in and did back and bie's ...Diet was on point which i from fitguru and as most of already nknow high protien low cab ..

This morning i feel prety good not much tenderness so i must be on the right track.. I am starting to get that feeling of wellbeing and power again..
Back to the track this morning and flip some tires ..

Monday i am starting the final push .. I am feeling healty and strong and ready to give it all .. It seems that my hands have gotten alot stronger by fliping the tire at the track .. Sence my hand surgerys i have had the grip of a 5 year old.. Today i grabed the 75 dumbbells for shoulder press and my grip held up the whole time ..

I'm so sorry about your son, I can't imagine how that would make me feel, now for a word of advice, this is going to be a marathon not a sprint, I'm afraid you come out of the blocks to quick and then burn out, does that make sense? Start slow and build up, consistency is the most important part...look at the long term goal and the break it down into smaller ones. I'm proud of you not giving up..you know you have support here brother.

I have been workin into beats mode for a while now.. I get up and frist thing i walk to the high school .. They have set out tractor tires to filp at each end of the field.. The fiels is made of astro truff and its very soft to jog on.. I think this has been a great help cuz my grip is getting so much better.. Shit i could not even open a bottle of soda..

10 min walk to the track
20 min walk/jog 100 yard ( 10 tire flips
10 min walk back home

Then to the gym
20 min eliptical H/R 130 to 150
1 hour training
10 min eliptical H/R 150

Meals every 3 hours !!

I have been taking it slow and steady and things are going very well. Diet has been on point and i am down 4 pounds and strength is getting much better.. Still going to the track for jog & tire flip and my hands are getting stronger by the day.. I was able to do 90 pound DB incline press and my hands held up the hole time...

My ex father inlaw just called me and said that if i drop the law suite against my ex wifes husband for cutting my son finger off he will make sure all the haressment from my ex will stop.. He will also pay for his collage or give him one of his dairy queens ..
His grandapa has got alot of money..
Not sure what in am ging to do ..

I am back to my log now. I was in a car accident at work and told by my doc and lawyer not to go t the gym.. Even tho I have not been posting I am still on here every day and keeping up with the board..

I am all healed up and back at it now for the last 2 weeks. I changed gyms and have been doing mostly machines in the gym . I am down 12 pounds in the last 2 weeks and feel really good now.

I am doing like kaz said earlier in my log nice and slow and work into it. I am still far form beat mode but I am well on my way..

So i joined a new gym to get kinda a fresh. Now this new gym has 3 floors of equipment that i am just going around and trying some new things .It also has a pool and a sauna. I am hitting it well and still no joint pain .. Could i be that the machines keep me doing it correctly. I am not sure but i am just going one bite at a time ..

Here is my carbs cycle i might do again but it is brutal and until i find pure beast mode this wont do..

if you have a sweet tooth like i do here is what i do to keep it down. i will
have sugar free jello on occasion when it gets bad and sugar free water
flavoring from walmart in my water. you can also have a bit of diet soda.

Here is the set up with a 400g high day 200g mid days and 100g low day and 2 0g carb

brown rice
greens that you can have:
lettuce
spinache
brocolli
asparagus
you are able to move around the protein choices as you like throughout
the day except for the steak in the am on your 2 0g carb days. you can
also switch out the oatmeal with any of the other carb choices to hit
your numbers for the day. the green veges that you can have are a filler
and you can have as much and many as you want but you dont have to eat
them.

This really work's good for me ..

So today I pushed my cardio up to 30 min @150 h/r. The last 5mins i began to get light headed and nauseous .. I tried to to get chest and tris in but got called into work. I am going to stay at 30 mins for the week and bump it up another 5 mins next Monday.

Started my carb cycle today and I would like to do this for the next 3 months ..

I went to do chest and still i get pain in my shoulder when i use free weights..
Maybe my tendons are not ready for the load yet. So I just went back to machines ..
