Is there any program or service better than Fitday for logging your food and keeping track of calories, protein, carbs, and all that? Fitday is just "ok".

Thanks dog. That's a killer software. I just got it and started entering. Now I might actually keep a log.

Thanks Reggor. I also found Myfitnesspal too. It seems to be working way better than fitday. I'll give your suggestion a try, I don't mind paying for software.

I used MyPlate. Simple but very effective for me. Will have to check out myfitnesspal.

Here is my problem. Just being consistent. I have kept logs before and I'm thinking of starting again both for diet and for lifting. I hate logs because I used to keep them religiously, but then you get to a point you just can't do it any more. my biggest problem is eating enough and right while at work. I get all involved and then I don't eat and before I know it it is 8 hours later.
