Hi all,
Just a quick hello, some great threads. Am 32 haven't done any steroids as yet, have been reading up on them since i can remember, just haven't took the plunge yet, been training on and off since i'm 16, I'm not big by any stretch I'm 5 foot 8 170 lbs, I'm waiting till i get down to 10-14% BF before i start, in the meantime i'll have a read and see whats the best first cycle to do. Am open to suggestions.:confused:
