So I joined Golds about a month ago now.. After my gym shut down..

Golds is the bomb!! I'm liking it..

Too bad we dont put on here where we are are.. And we have to be secretive because of our dumbass government laws..... I've always wandered if there were muscle coalition brothers around here... Sorry sister steel- sisters too...

Some Golds you can crush it in! Others make me rather hit a LA Fitness. I travel a sh1t ton and 3 gym memberships do it for me no matter the locations; Golds, LA Fit and Planet Fucktard.

I train at a "anytime fitness" right now.lol and I like it. I train with my 15 year old and no crowds!!

at the golds down the street ..it is open 24/7 the owner was found passed out on the floor from insulin OD at 4:30 AM
place has been constantly under surveillance since ..
why don't they find under cover cops that look like they fit in for crying out loud

I joined golds last November and I have been going 6 days a week ever since. I never knew what I was missing until I joined.

I train at 2 gyms. 1 is for strictly powerlifters and the other is owned by a friend of mine and it's probably the best gym in the city. It accommodates PLers, BBers, and even CFers. He just doesn't have a monolift which is why I belong to the second gym.
