My wife started working out.... and is doing very good!
She's lost like 25 pounds and is looking good.

Anyhow- it's caused her some problems that I don't have the answers for her..
So here I am asking my MC brothers..

IS there anything she can do for the loose skin on the back of her legs and the back of her arms??

THX

There are some lotions out there that are suppose to help with this however I don't have any scientific backing to verify proper use. Also too when someone looses massive weight, most of the time it is muscle density that has been lost, hence the loose skin and will need toning to get rid of some of this loose skin brother. Simple toning will assist with getting rid of a lot of the loose skin by adding back muscle that will fill out those loose tissues in essence. Lastly is the option of surgery.

^^this.

I would like to think that either taking HGH or gh peptides would also assist with this given the benefits of improved skin elasticity.

It can tighten up some over time..it gets worse the older you are...it took a while for my skin to fully tighten when I dropped 70# recently.

this^^

Give it some time. The body is an amazing machine. It took years to put on the weight, so things aren't going to bounce back overnight.

Gender can be a factor as well. One of the characteristics of estrogen is softer skin. The softer the skin, the more of a challenge for it to tighten up.

Congrats to your wife.
