Was just cut off herniated disc touching sciatic. Shit bri I boated next 4 days after surgery. I'm starting light with 25 lbs first week, then 50 lbs next then it's 4 weeks and it on again. Went from walking 50 ft all hunched over and resting to have no pain what so ever. Got real lucky.

You beat me to it! Haha! Its not a tramp stamp, its a target for a hot load! lol!

I had surgery in 06, mine did not go well, and took a long time to get right. But it was 3 levels. Plus a broke vertebrae. I am still in pain every day. I said fuck it after 3 years layoff in the gym. Decided if I was gonna still hurt, might as well hurt doing what I love. And now I feel a lot better. But still hurt, haha! It is what it is. Just be careful coming back so soon.

Tats are a personal thing, in my opinion. The important thing is I think that you have a good base to work off of just be careful. Best of luck with your cycle too!
