Yea I should have paid out of pocket and wouldnt been an issue but after two yrs of having ins pay they caught on.

Sorry bro. My pharmacist told me that if someone pays cash she doesn't care what or how much. When ins is involved it becomes a very different matter. Even the way the script is written is an issue. Test is not that expensive. Tell the doc you'll pay cash and stock up.

Geez, I would skip the insurance people and purchase the items you want from some of the people who advertise here. I get it both ways and I cant tell much difference once its in use. (I hope I didnt violate some rule on posting content. If I did please promptly delete this post.)
