Re: The New Years Resolutioners are coming!!!
I hate having to go to the gym. I HAD a man cave gym with tons of free weights, but it's in storage till I buy another house. I go to gym now at 530 am and there is never a soul in there, it's nice having the gym all to myself at least.

As long as they bust their ass and don't sit around I don't care. If they decide to sit and talk on my platform or squat cage than we'll have a problem.DISCLAIMER: "SisterSteel" is a fictitious character with the sole purpose to entertain. Re: The New Years Resolutioners are coming!!!
Good Lord. Already in the past week, I've seen guys come in and try every damn machine in one workout. They look around like they're lost and then they do couple of sets here, couple sets there, rub their arms, do some stretches, look in the mirror. I just want to walk up and say "quit wasting your friggin' time and money, get yourself a game plan and come back when you have a REAL workout that works towards a goal". It's just sad. One guy yesterday was doing deadlifts/barbell rows/shrugs all in one movement with a curlbar. It was hilarious just to watch.
