I respect the part of him that says "screw socity judgements ,I am going to get as big as I want" ... it is the part of his brain that left a few years back and though he looked good with absolute rediculous peak on his biceps ..and no balance ..
Rich Pena is over the top too big IMHO... and has that attitude (screw society) ..but he also realizes he has to be balance to look acceptable.

Bro, my arms are a little over 20' and I mostly wear sleeveless tees or cut off uniform coveralls. When I had a job that required "real clothes", I would wear a pullover shirt and roll the sleeves up over my biceps.
