I spotted an older gentlemen the other day. He benched 315 for 3. He has to be 60+. I know another guys that's 55 now. He has a better physique then most 20 yrs olds.

I've met a few jacked guys 50+. They all said the same....keep coming to the gym. Try to never take too much time off keep it pretty consistent
