Currently I am receiving HRT test cypionate @ 130 mg a week with 250 mg of. Hcg 2x's per week. If I would like to continue the same therapy with 250 mg/ml, how would I dose 130. Ordinarily it is 2o0 mg/ml?

Get blood work to see where you are at (Base line) Bump to 200mg and then get blood work to see where you are at.
