I used to get in a lot of fights. Lol. My son is in love with mma he is 4yrs old so for his 5th birthday we are going to sign up at our local mma gym cuz you have to be 5 to start. I figure I better learn with him so he doesn't start whooping my ass lol

I started wresting when I was 8, so Ji jitsu was a natural progression for me. I also was a level 4 combatives instructor in the army. I miss that every day
