I don't get it how do these guys not get full and wanna stop? How do they swallow huge chunks of food without chewing them much at all.

I dont know. I have a buddy that eats like a champion, always orders two dinners when we are out, apps and desert. He's been this way since we were kids. I think his organs are used to it... 40 years of practice.
