Finally getting back on here.. Life went stupid on me for a bit there.
I've been on BOP and Outlaw mostly. I am a member at a few others but not as active.
I'm just looking to read, see ither guy's approach to training/diet/etc. I have a decent knowledge base, but far from ever calling myself an expert! I'm pretty much just always looking to learn. I do a lot of reading, researching and anytime I get the chance to add something worthwhile I do.
