whats up fellas. just dropping in to introduce myself. some of you know me from other boards. just found this forum recently but i used to frequent other open source places like juicedmuscle, tnation, anabolic minds etc. glad to be here. i've been lifting consistently for 10 years. sitting at about 230 lbs and around 24% bodyfat atm. experienced with a good amount of cycling experience. Hope to be a good contributor to the forum. thanks for having me.
