been having an upset stomache (acid), and decide for lunch to do a low fat smothie..
so my usual berries and broccoli and add some whey once it is all mixed in

So I thought stomache.. glutimine .. it is just another amino
added a 1/2 tps and I fired up the nutrablender..
take off the cap and take a swig walk to my work desk and it turn into like custard.
5 minutes later Jello
had to eat it with a spoon...lol

So what happened... didn't realize glutimine could act like jello
I realize Jello is a protien , but was caught off gaurd..

any one know why it happened?

I could ask my brainiac friend as he tried to explain it to me once but u should drink glutamine with water and ideally ala carte. I just recall him saying if it sits around it starts to Change and not in a good way...

Luckily I haven't needed to start the glutamine loading this tren run!

Glutamine is a great antioxidant and immune booster as well as combats aas induced indigestion

Yep second that! ^ It has always helped with any acid reflux I got going on. Sometimes cold can effect the chemistry make-up too. I've noticed in the past that certain protein and B6 powders tend to gel-up in cold water. Just have to play around with the temps to get it just right.
