Glad you here and I am sure you will get some good advise my wife works out and have been trying to get her to compete!

Taken care of.. that shits not going to be going on here.. thanks to the MC fam who sent us msgs.. We are always watching but it's good to know we have members watching too. Awesome guys that's what we want here.. a community who respects and watches each other's ass.. VE
