I use a quarter or half cup of egg whites in every shake I drink. It thickens it up a little bit, but you can't taste it at all.

I use pasteurized egg whites in my morning shake and bedtime shake. The protein stays with you for a few hours so I like it at nighttime it is a mustComment

I like em untainted. I just go punch a chicken and take her eggs. We have a couple of shit head birds that keep hanging out on the eggs and they crush em. I keep showing them pictures of the dog saying I'll let him

used to be a chain that sold OJ with eggs ...I used to like that as a kid... I guess why not ...
cracking open a carton, and washing down a table spoon of glutamine ..well I am not that hard core
as far as chicken cracking eggs ,,, I understand that is the original idea behind the eggs in a milk carton

International Egg Whites are what I use and I will drink them straight once in a while, yes mix them in shakes, they have no flavor...and the way they process them they are salmonella free, and good to just drink straight.Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.
