2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup ( Fat Free)
16 oz (2 Cups) Light Sour Cream
Mix Soup and Sour Cream in Bowl,
Put in Crock...
Add Chicken 2 pieces, then add soup & sour cream mixture, then the rest of chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours then turn down low and cook 2-3 hours more.... AnalogMan
