    I have not tried it before. If anyone uses it ,can you tell me how much you take and when? I heard 5gm a day before working out with 16oz of water. Thanks in advance.

    Yep. I take 5grams before and after a workout.

      3 -5 grams per day should be enough to maintain muscular saturation.

        Creatine monohydrate is probably the best and cheapest form. Its the most studied and proven. 3-5 grams a day is perfect dose as phoenix said for saturation. I usually do 2-2.5g before and then the same afterwards.
