ok I just did something new ..I forgot to pack my preworkut and I was at the gym , for just such an emergency I have my sample ziplock container , filled with samples I get with orders . I took a 2 samples for pre workout and mixed them. Now pre workout leaves me heart paplpitations etc, whic I hate but I love the pump and the good workout . I hate the crash.But one usuallly doesn't do it for me. I get the tingling in the ears in almost no time....Oh boy I think this is going to suck.
but that was the worsed of it , I felt on top of the world and ready to go .. I was ready to beat my chest I was so pumped.. I did a great back / arm workout and then did some abs,, followed with about 15 mintutes aerobics to cap it all off. it was awesome. So much so that I bought both and mixed them again... I wouldn't recommend it more than 3 times a week on days that you go heavy ...because I know my BP was up a little ...and it says right on the container ..no more than 3 times a week
but mix a hemo rage and metrx preworkout and get a great buzz... also not the serious crash you would expect

I'm not too big on supps. I tried some beef isolate protein. I had a hippy moment and wanted to step away from sucralose sweeteners so instead of buy carnivor beef isolate protein I used trueprotein.com and tried stevia as the sweetener.
It's a cool website. U choice protein source. Sweetener and flavorings uses and well as light/med/heavy flavoring.
Fuck stevia. Tasted horrid. I sold it to my friend and she loves it. She's eaten fish and green beans for the last 6 months so she will eat dog shit with a good seasoning on it right now.
I'm not too big on supps. Supps are juice to me. That's my supps.

Feel weird and stay up too late.
I did like ball reload by vigor labs. Prob only supp I used lately I liked. However combined with cialis it almost makes me too sensative. Gotta really control my breathing to not end the party early lol.
Recently started Vit. B5 that Lunch suggested I take for my oily skin & body acne. Also heard that Biotin is good for bad skin too, so I started taking it this past week. I have also ramped up my pre-workout arsenal to: 10 grams AAKG, 5 grams Creatine, 10 grams BCAA's, 3 grams ALCAR, & 5 grams Glutamine. Have noticed an increase in energy and recovery time in between sets & exercises.
