take all vitamins at once?

is it safe to take all vitamins at once? or should i space them out? i currently take:
coq10
b12
dhea
vit c
cinnamon
iron
garlic
vit e
saw palmetto
potassium
vit a
biotin
glutamine
SAM-e
milk thistle
niacin
and: "now" liver detox and regenerator caps

Not sure it would make any difference but I would space all that over a entire day. Some with each meal or something.

I agree, space these out. I would recommend taking the c with the iron supp. C helps irons absorption. That's one hell of a vitamin regimen,lol
