    Then if i take my pill they will call me out and its like i am driving drunk.. I keep telling them that i dont mind working a 16 hour day as long as i come in after 12 noon..I have told the owner that i am heavily sedated when i go to bed and if you keep calling me in early with no sleep and on ambien some will get hurt..
    You can push thru this.youve done it before.

            The end of the contest here is tommorow and i have done nothing .. I have went backwards if any thing at all.. I have a million excuse why i totaly failed from my job as a 24 hour aday limo driver in the NYC area to family trouble..
            I have taken steps to get control over my job by telling them i can only work from noon till after midnight 7 days a week.

            I have had a shoulder injury and my son lost his finger in a wood splitter becuse my ex wifes husband. Just one thing after another..

            Really tho it has just been my lazyness and just not haveing any get up and go.. Maybe it was the test i have been doing 500 mgs cyp once aweek or maybe just coming back from hand surgery i dont know..

            My plan now is to start my log again and become more of an active member and ingulf myself into my goals and push thru this funk that is keeping me down..

            My new cycle is all ACULEUS LABS (not dbol & androl )

            1&1/2 ml sust every 3 days
            1 ml EQ every 3 days
            1/2 ml test E evry 3 days

            I am doing them all in the same pin with no PIP at all .. Man i love ACULEUS LABS !!!!!!!!

            1ml deca a week
            50 mgs of dbol
            25 mgs of androl every day for 4 weeks.

            Over at the high school they just set out a bunch of tires to flip and they have astro turff to run on that is going to be my warm up in then morning.. My wife will go with me cuz she is getting pissed that i just cant get my mind right .. Today was good in the gym and i loved it..
            Having never been into woking out till 2years ago there is alot to learn .. I have been told that people go thru funks like this ..

            Any way brothers and sisters here i go again this time i just have to push and stop failing ..

              Bro you gave it a shot.you had alot of setbacks.it happens.we can get together and work on a off season plan.

                      First day at the track..

                      I am doing it fasted

                      10 min walk to the track
                      20 min jog and tire flip ( 100 yard jog x 10 flips ) repeat
                      10 min walk back home

                      I will keep adding laps and flips as i go it went very good and i am pumped.. Now time for my first meal and hit the gym..

                          I had a great work out.. I have been going into the gym like a zombie with no power and just beat down.. Today i went after the track and felt great.. I was all warmed up and feeling strong ..

                                Yesterday went very well .. I think going to the track and flippin tires is just what i need ... I then went in and did back and bie's ...Diet was on point which i from fitguru and as most of already nknow high protien low cab ..

                                This morning i feel prety good not much tenderness so i must be on the right track.. I am starting to get that feeling of wellbeing and power again..
                                Back to the track this morning and flip some tires ..
