    Diet is pretty much like this .. also use 99% fat free ground turkey and waldenfarms.. Plus a few other things from fit guru..

      TRACK
      10 min walk to the track
      20 min 100 yrd walk then tire flip (repeat)
      10 min walk back home

      Now time for first meal then hit legs..

        Now i still need to get with fitguru and have him tighten me .. For now i am feeling good and busting thru this funk so i am just going to keep grinding away and kickin ass..

            So i posted earlyer about my son getting his finger cut off in awood splitter.. I called a attorney and i am going to try and sue the fuck out of my exwifes husband.. He should have never let a child use that machine and he is the one that pulled the lever that cut it off..

                  Monday i am starting the final push .. I am feeling healty and strong and ready to give it all .. It seems that my hands have gotten alot stronger by fliping the tire at the track .. Sence my hand surgerys i have had the grip of a 5 year old.. Today i grabed the 75 dumbbells for shoulder press and my grip held up the whole time ..

                  STARTING WEIGHT 253 POUNDS

                    I'm so sorry about your son, I can't imagine how that would make me feel, now for a word of advice, this is going to be a marathon not a sprint, I'm afraid you come out of the blocks to quick and then burn out, does that make sense? Start slow and build up, consistency is the most important part...look at the long term goal and the break it down into smaller ones. I'm proud of you not giving up..you know you have support here brother.

                      I have been workin into beats mode for a while now.. I get up and frist thing i walk to the high school .. They have set out tractor tires to filp at each end of the field.. The fiels is made of astro truff and its very soft to jog on.. I think this has been a great help cuz my grip is getting so much better.. Shit i could not even open a bottle of soda..

                      10 min walk to the track
                      20 min walk/jog 100 yard ( 10 tire flips
                      10 min walk back home

                      Then to the gym
                      20 min eliptical H/R 130 to 150
                      1 hour training
                      10 min eliptical H/R 150

                      Meals every 3 hours !!

                        I have been taking it slow and steady and things are going very well. Diet has been on point and i am down 4 pounds and strength is getting much better.. Still going to the track for jog & tire flip and my hands are getting stronger by the day.. I was able to do 90 pound DB incline press and my hands held up the hole time...

                        My ex father inlaw just called me and said that if i drop the law suite against my ex wifes husband for cutting my son finger off he will make sure all the haressment from my ex will stop.. He will also pay for his collage or give him one of his dairy queens ..
                        His grandapa has got alot of money..
                        Not sure what in am ging to do ..

                            I am back to my log now. I was in a car accident at work and told by my doc and lawyer not to go t the gym.. Even tho I have not been posting I am still on here every day and keeping up with the board..

                            I am all healed up and back at it now for the last 2 weeks. I changed gyms and have been doing mostly machines in the gym . I am down 12 pounds in the last 2 weeks and feel really good now.

                            I am doing like kaz said earlier in my log nice and slow and work into it. I am still far form beat mode but I am well on my way..

                                So i joined a new gym to get kinda a fresh. Now this new gym has 3 floors of equipment that i am just going around and trying some new things .It also has a pool and a sauna. I am hitting it well and still no joint pain .. Could i be that the machines keep me doing it correctly. I am not sure but i am just going one bite at a time ..

                                I started cardio at 5 mins now i am at 20 mins @ HR 150
                                lifting is chest/tris
                                back /bies
                                legs
                                shoulders
