Thanks guys i ordered some hooks.. I have been reading alot here and i am looking foward to this contest .. I hope my being am juggernaut does not effect my time here with you guys .. I started to read some of the stuff but i am just keepin away from all of it..
Any way i am lookinjg foward to the next 12 weeks .. I will post up every thing and hopefuly i can learn alot from you all ..

Today i used all cable machines .. I have alot of them at my gym .. Using sponges for my hands and these cable machines i was able to get a decent work out..

Guys can look great well into their 60's 40 isn't so bad anymore, several guys at the MR O are 40+ Also Randy Coture and Bernard Hopkins, gotta love the old guys.
