Here is my carbs cycle i might do again but it is brutal and until i find pure beast mode this wont do..
if you have a sweet tooth like i do here is what i do to keep it down. i will
have sugar free jello on occasion when it gets bad and sugar free water
flavoring from walmart in my water. you can also have a bit of diet soda.
Here is the set up with a 400g high day 200g mid days and 100g low day and 2 0g carb
days
Day 1 & 2

meal 1:
2 cups of egg whites & 2 cups oatmeal 100g carb
meal 2
8oz ground turkey (93/7 extra lean) & 2 cups oatmeal 100g carb
meal 3
8 oz lean ground turkey & 2cups oatmeal 100 g carb
meal 4
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast & 2 cups oatmeal 100 g carb
meal 5
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast & 1 cup veggies
meal 6
8oz lean ground turkey & 1 cup broccoli florettes
DAY 3-4
day 3-4 200g carb
meal 1
2 cups of egg whites & 2cups oatmeal
meal 2
8oz ground turkey & 2 cups oatmeal
meal 3
8oz ground turkey & 1 cup green veges (optional)
meal 4
8 oz chicken breast & 1 cup of broccoli florettes
Meal 5
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast & 1 cup of broccoli florettes
meal 6
8oz lean ground turkey & 9 pieces asparagus
Day 5 & 6
day 5-6 100g carb
meal 1
2 cups of egg whites & 2cups oatmeal
meal 2
8oz turkey & 1 cup broccoli florettes
meal 3
8oz ground tukeyr & 1 cup greens
meal 4
8oz chicken breast & 1 cup green veges
meal 5
8oz chicken breast & 1 cup broccoli florettes
meal 6
8oz lean ground turkey & 9 pieces asparagus
Day 7-8
day 7-8 0 carbs
meal 1
8oz lean sirloin (as lean as possible and trim off fat) & 2 tblspns
coconut oil or evoo
meal 2
8 oz chicken breast & 1 cup broccoli florettes & 2 tblspns coconut
oil or evoo
meal 3
8oz ground turkey & 1 cup broccoli florettes
meal 4
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast & i cup broccoli florettes
meal 5
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast & 1 cup broccoli florettes
meal 6
8oz lean ground turkey & 9 pieces asparagus
as with the other one, you can move the types of protein around
protein choices:
tilipia
boneless skinless chicken breast
extra lean ground turkey
orange roughy
flounder
lean sirloin or 93/7 ground beef.
carbs
oatmeal
cream of wheat
cream of rice
brown rice
greens that you can have:
lettuce
spinache
brocolli
asparagus
you are able to move around the protein choices as you like throughout
the day except for the steak in the am on your 2 0g carb days. you can
also switch out the oatmeal with any of the other carb choices to hit
your numbers for the day. the green veges that you can have are a filler
and you can have as much and many as you want but you dont have to eat
them.

So today I pushed my cardio up to 30 min @150 h/r. The last 5mins i began to get light headed and nauseous .. I tried to to get chest and tris in but got called into work. I am going to stay at 30 mins for the week and bump it up another 5 mins next Monday.
Started my carb cycle today and I would like to do this for the next 3 months ..

So today i did my 30 mins @h/r 150 of cardio and went very well.
I went to do chest and still i get pain in my shoulder when i use free weights..
Maybe my tendons are not ready for the load yet. So I just went back to machines ..

Once again cardio was great 30 mins @h/r 150.. So today was back and bies by the time I got bies I was shot..
I am backing down the weight and thinking of just doing some thing like 4 sets 15 reps for now.. I don't know maybe I should just hire fit guru again and have him get me back up to beast mode..
