Could be bursitis. There are bursa that help w friction between the Achilles and heel bone. It can become inflamed if over used or a mechanical problem.Credentials:

Hey Laddy start putting 2 tablespoons of olive oil in your daily shake. Also go to the store and look in the asile where the jello is. You need to look for Plain Gelatin and get a couple of boxes of that. Put one packet in every shake you drink.
