Congrats! Yes your life will change so much if it's a girl. Me and my 2.5yo daughter are glued at the hip on weekends. She even goes jogging with me. Her favorite store is academy when we walk in its straight to the weights lol. She also has some pink one lb dumbells and calls them her pumping irons.

Right on bro congrats! I'm having a daughter in the next 6 weeks. It's a great feeling to know that you're bringing a life into this world. It changes you as a person. I've calmed down tons since we found out we're having a child.

Thank you guys! Yea I think it really is going to calm me down way less drinking and I'm going to quit smoking for a while I don't want to b all stoned and miss anything... You are going to be a hero to your little boy or girl...they will be looking up to you, they will need you to show them what life is all about, they will be looking for that unconditional love of their daddy! Just like exphys...my little girl is my best buddy and we spend every minute together when I am not working, sleeping, or training...and she does.come to the gym once in a while but they frown on kids under 12 in the gym...but she flips tires with me (she has one of my 35" truck tires) in the backyard, we jog around the block and on the beach, she is in gymnastics...ok I am going overboard...but I will guarantee one thing bro...you will be as proud of daddy as we all are .
