  • Lifting Music

I personally prefer rap in the gym, not a rock fan at all. What songs really get you going in the gym?? I feel like some songs just make me instantly stronger, haha!!

Not sure if this link is gonna work, Tech N9ne is one of my favorites in the gym, this song "So Dope" LOVE the beat!

Nothing. It distracts me. I don't think about anything while I lift just the lift itself.
Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!

When I'm lifting I like to listen to Slipknot, Disturbed, Rob Zombie, Korn. Pretty much anything that puts me in the right mood.

Had no clue soooo many people were more into rock than rap..

Nothing wrong with rock if that's what gets you going. Just thought the majority would be bumping some beats.

Does anyone listen to rap in the gym?
