I have to buy two cars this year for my oldest daughters. I wanted to get them regular cab trucks so they can't have a bunch of friends. But then thought maybe a couple of Honda civics.

Toyota Tacoma...regular cab, 4x4 if you prefer, done deal! Only 1 friend at a time when driving.

Unless you get a tonneau cover, they'll still pack friends in the back. My s10 was a regualr cab and I still managed to pack 3 girls up front and a few people out back. This was before bagging it and having a stable gf lol.

Aaaaand this was in highschool..


I'd say get a 2 door under 10k.

hmm reliability wise Honda and Toyota are king. Anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.

Safety German cars are the best. The are expensive to keep going and not reliable. I make my living off broken German cars for almost 15 yrs now. They are all shit...trust me! Super safe, handle great....just not reliable out of warranty.

SUV would be the last choice in regards to safety.
