Competitive bodybuilders can look a little cartoonish for such a grim enterprise — the iron pumping, the sculpting, the 20-inch necks. Good thing there's a guy like Vadim Skornyakov to show his fellow body culturists that they don't have to go light on the laughs while they're going heavy on the weights. Check out the Russian strongman as he gives his posing routine a little Bollywood-style flavor at the 25th Open Cup of Bodybuilding in St. Petersburg. Love the pirouettes. Love the body-popping. But, really, he had us at the chicken walk. Oh, and the lip-synching is a nice touch, too. We almost didn't notice the pecs and glutes.

I liked it but I never really got any traction with the mandatory poses. He spent so much energy getting there that when the big moments came it was like- already gone.Comment

Yah the dancing was nice and all but same shots over and over, way to many bicep shots, his conditioning wasn't good either, but it shows a big guy can be agile.sigpicComment
