I'm hovering over pulling the trigger on 4 bottles of TUDCA (premium brand) and a bottle of NAC. 29.99 a bottle can't be beat.
Everyone please remember you'll need about 6 caps a day for a month to really do magical things. So you are looking at 2-3 bottles a month. Then you can taper to 4 caps a day of TUDCA. It's not just about your liver, TUDCA makes you FEEL healthier as well and improves skin, energy, all sorts of shit. I wish I could buy it in bulk powder form for cheap but 29.99 for 15 grams (60 caps at 250mg) is the cheapest I've found it.

I need to get in contact with premium and see if they'll go halfway on the price if I buy 5 bottles and do before and after liver/blood work tests. My liver looks ROUGH lol.

Our TUDCA and NAC are caps...will have to check the bottle for filler info...or you can just look it up Baby, the link is in this weeks sale thread.

I checked one and it does have that ingredient, like I said most supps and even meds have both or one or the other. I even had to change 2 of my daily meds to liquid because of that. I have to check the TUDCA though too

If the Tudca in pills has something u don't want then check amazon. They have Tudca raw powder. U could Capp it yourself. 00 capsules fits 500mg so u could just fill em up or if u wanna split doses use filler of your choice

If the Tudca in pills has something u don't want then check amazon. They have Tudca raw powder. U could Capp it yourself. 00 capsules fits 500mg so u could just fill em up or if u wanna split doses use filler of your choice

Cant you throw the powder in something or does it have to be put in a capsule? I have to take things that are digested as easy as possible.

Yes. I'll tell you name of it, when I get home from picking up trash, but there is an OTC pink oral carrier for compounding sold through amazon that won't hurt the TUDCA and tastes pretty decent. It's used for oral solutions/medication.

Ora-Plus, suspension vehicle.
You'll want to pour half of it into a glass, warm the liquid up a little, and add 25 grams of TUDCA to the warm liquid and then stir it a ton. Or shake if you have a glass beaker with a lid on it. Then pour the warm Ora-Plus and TUDCA combo back into the Ora-plus bottle. Shake. You're done.
This should last you thirty days the first month if you want to do an awesome "healing cycle" and then one bottle should last you two months (60 days) after that at normal dosing.

*Small Disclaimer: I just made a stupid assumption that you weigh less than 140lbs. If you weigh 140lbs or more you really should look at doing 2 bottles the first month (50 grams over 30 days).

Don't think of TUDCA as anything like NAC or milk thistle. Ask MA or anyone who's taken heavy doses; it can change your day-to-day feeling of well being and energy tremendously for life.

Of course u can. Not sure how the raw powder tastes though. U would have to use a scale each time though and I'm lazy. I did that for proviron breakfast shots though lol.

Thanks for all this. Whenever I look TUdca up, it talks about its great use for people who cycle. I am assuming it is a good supp for nanyone whether they cycle or not?

Yes, but I'm one of the few I know who have done a proper dose of it for the time required. I'd give you details but I really don't want to ruin it for you with placebo effect. Your mega dose is 750-1gram, but your sweet spot is 500mg. Combine with bulk NAC if you can afford it.

I usually take 500mg TUDCA everyday (250 morning/evening), along with NAC 1000-1500mg daily (split dose morning/evening)...this is my staple period, cruise or blast.

Also take a multi, fish oil, joint supplement, B Complex, and have some other supplements coming to add to my regimen such as Na-R-ALA, St Johns Wart, L-Carnitine, and of course Glutamine & BCAA while training...when I see the need for something I will add it.
