It comes with both the huge and small safeties and 3 size grips. I swapped to the small safeties.

The new bersa pro XT thunder just came out and it was a very hard choice but the grand power got my vote. The bersa comes with 5 magazines though! 😍

          Re: Feeling "great" thread

I was scrolling down Facebook and came across this meme that was a father speaking to his daughter and telling her how beautiful and loved she is. I was so spiritually promoted to send it to my wife, who lost her dad when she was thirteen that it brought tears of joy to my eyes. I sent it but she hasn't gotten it yet. Hope it cheers her up and enlightens her with spiritual bliss. I know that was a spiritual msg from her dad and I was so blessed to be the messenger

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

let us face facts , staying on the pre event diet will be easy ..considering the motivation
if you don't stay on it , you have a chance of you colon gas blowing up .

                so another positive ...

I am above ground, I am working out again, I am healthy .. I have a lot to be grateful for and I always try to stay connected to that.

Since I actively started posting here and went on about my depression, anxiety, and all of the other things... I'm doing quite well. Feeling internally and externally better. Whether it's the TRT, CPAP, or just getting over shit in general, I'm feeling quite a bit better and loving it.
