I've been following this forum for a little while and I like seeing input from all the same knowledgeable guys that were over at EB. I was a member there, but didn't post much. I've got three cycles under my belt and enjoy reading up on this stuff as much as I can. I'm 26, 6 ft, 195 lbs, probably 8% bf. Anyway, I decided I had to introduce myself sometime. It's good to be here. I know my shit fairly well when it comes to lifting, but I still enjoy people's input, and I'm looking forward to learning more from you guys.

Yeah I have been on and around many boards and this isn't the typical one, but a family feel and lifelong friendships that I will always ensure keep growing!!!When I die I want to be called a friend or family member by everyone I came into contact with!!!Comment
