A Necessary Evil...
How many here make it a priority to train abs? I know I have fallen into the trap skipping them at times. I know my abs are strong due to my lifting and my BJJ training but I still need to intentionally train them throughout the week because I don't want to create an imbalance.
So am I the only one guilty of this???
I am making it a priority now to do abs at least 2x week with my lifting.

I used to never train my abs and I tore muscle fiber in my abdomen doing deadlifts a few months ago. I still dont work them enough but I try to work them once a week now. Summer is coming too, I want them to pop out a little for the beach. :)

I train abs about once a week 3 sets......pitiful

I hit them once a week....I do 200 movements

I try do hit them at least 2 times a week. I notice when I do them 3 times a week from many angles it makes a big difference for me in core strength and tightening up my midsection.
They are easy to get complacent about.
