    Good deal, I'm sure he/she appreciates it as well as your burning some calories. Cardio dosn't have to be boring non stop treadmill work, personally I think actual walking is a little harder than the treadmill.

    True to all! Yes walking the dog counts.but walk fast as u can.i used to jog in place in my bedroom Kaz.Hell I'm sure we've done it all.lol

    All week stayed on top of diet had my abs looking good, ad threw it all away in one night. Damn you coors light.
