Got this email today with an explanation of "the real story" of what went down with Pyes from IJ


This is the real srory of what happen. Im tired of hearing all this stories that arent true..

pyes was downloading regular porn from ares..he used the keyword teens and all the files were in different languages. So he clicked a bunch to download... low and behold some of them were child porn...and he deleted them right away...but the cops Got his ip address..they raided the house and took all the computers..because they dindt find nothing from the intital scan they took computers to do recover of deleted files from the hard drive..now they charging him with possesion and distrubution..because ares creates a share folder without your permission...anyways he is on the run..i havent heard nothing from him for 2weeks...everybody is judging him and nobody knows the story even his family...sadly we could not afford an attorney so i guess thats why he wont turn himself in. He is potentially facing 7 years for each file.


He is not being charged with making labels or anything about the website. They are already done checking his computer. The server is hosted in panama anyways.

Now that u know the real story i hope u all are a bit more understanding and feel stupid for judging so quickly and jumping to conclusions and believing false shyt talking from people like grim who spent more time on ij than his own failed board. Its a very unfortunate situation and i apologize to everyone.

lol LE doesnt just throw those charges around lightly. I would think it takes a little more than downloading a few kiddie porn files to get distribution!

That is the normal excuse anyone would say when they got pinched for child porn. Look at that show "to catch a predator" they always have some bullshit excuse that sounds legitimate to them. Funny that the article I read had I believe 8 guys and all were in connection with this case but he downloaded the wrong files by accident. I doubt they'd go busting down his door for one accident. He'd have to be a frequent flyer or supplier for them to do all that. I smell some bullshit.
