Last meal is 10-12 oz lean beef/ 1 cup mixed vegetables/ 1/2 grapefruit/vitamins/ Lay down then back up in 3 1/2 hours for a shake with p-butter.
Sometimes if I drink whey before bed i lay their awake forever. It like wakes me up

I have a casein protein shake and a peanutbutter sandwich. Then I take my supps. Melatonin, calcium, gaba, and a glass of water. The water helps wash the peanutbutter down, lol.

Usually I eat 10 ounces of salmon fish with a small serving of raw food salad and 2 cups of whole wheat pasta. I am trying to maintain my body weight as lost 37 lbs this year with diet plans and workouts.
I'll usually take my last supps (multi, fish oil, green tea extract, etc.) and eat either non fat cottage cheese or non fat greek yogurt... When I'm cutting that's a different story because dairy bloats me quite a bit But in general that's what I have!
