Hey Brothers! Haven't been on much. I'm having a terrible time with kidney stones. Especially trying to find the cause. Anyway I've been praying for you all with all this stuff going on. Stay safe God is still in control.

IIRC kidney stones can be caused by too much protein.. I have talked to a couple guys saying that their doctors said that was the cause..
But I also knew someone that was not vegetarian, but close too it .. guy lived on pasta and ate meat like 3 times a week.
