Help Me Understand "High Reps for Mass"

Chest and tricep routines look good. Shoulders not doing much there. I personally seperate tricep and chest day but to each is own. U are on the right track. I add volume some days and lower weights. Other days I add weight and lower reps. Never stay with same crap for too long.

I feel ya on family and life. I train 3 days a week for 1 hr each. Try to hit 1 day on my weekends off that way I'm only away from home 2 nights a week. I'm home more then at the gym. Everyone wins lol. That 5-6 day a week shit is for ppl who compete or are single IMHO.

Flat Bench - 2x20 warm up/ 2x3-5 (heavy)& a 225lb burn set Ok I am reading this as 2x3-5 sets heavy. How many reps?
    Incline Bench - 3x10-15
    Decline Bench - 3x10-15
    Flat Flyes - 6x15-20

I would do this and switch and switch so that you do 2 high rep workouts to 1 heavy weight workout.
Pick one excersize and do 10x10. If you pick the right weight you should fall just short of the full 10x10. Like mayby you just cant complete the last 5 on your last set.
Then for your next chest workout pick 2 very different excersizes and do 10x3.
After your done with the 10x3 your chest should be totally fragged, as in you cant even pull your sweaty shirt off by yourself.
    Same for the 10x10.
The 10x10 is for hypertrophy and the 10x3 is total power.
