  • My eating schedule for now!!!

    6:30 #1 3egg white/1 egg with mushrooms and 1/2 avocado and side of 1/2 cup blueberry, strawberries and raspberries.... With 8oz green tea...
    9:30 #2 1 scoop of protein powder with 8oz of almond milk and 1/2 banana... 8oz water
    12pm #3 4oz chicken or tilapia 5oz sweet potatoes 1/2 cup brown rice.. Broccoli and green beans... 8oz water...
    3:30 #4 1 scoop of protein powder with 8oz of almond milk and 1/2 cup berries.. 8oz water...
    6:30 #5 4 oz chicken or salmon 4oz sweet potatoes 1 cup brown rice or 1/4 cup low fat cheese with broccoli, peppers or asparagus.. 8oz water...
    **9pm optional** 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt with 1-2 tbsp. Chopped nuts or cucumber slices with 1 tbsp. Hummus... 8oz chamomile tea...

    Its only been 3 days since I stated eating like this... So will see how it works with my body!!!

                Looks good...I followed something like this several years ago and it worked good for me. Have you figured out the exact macros on this ?

                          I love eggs, I think I must be lacking some nutrient that's in eggs, I crave the little guys

                            It is! Eating whole eggs is perfectly healthy. It's one of the biggest dietary myths of all times. There is nothing at all wrong with the yolk and to truly take advantage of the amino load the entire egg needs to be eaten. Saturated fat is perfectly healthy. We do need to keep macros in check of course.

                            Trans fat is the enemy.
